Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received, including all packaging and protective seals intact. Any item that does not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened fragrance decants, used products, or items with broken seals are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.

Customized or specially requested fragrances may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order details along with the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for returning the product safely and securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
